- Satisfaction of client’s requirements and competitive services.
- Performance of inspection and verification in conformity with legal entities (IGBC, BEE, GBC, ISO/IEC 17020:2012 guidelines).
- Performance of assessment / inspections on time at client’s physical entity.
- Conduct four environmental awareness programmes per year at clients premises.
- Enrolling minimum 500 students per year as members of International Eco Club Students Chapter.
- Conduct minimum two programmes per year to tribes in order to create awareness on improving their economic and education status.
- Organising training programmes to the internal staffs in order to maintain the consistency in their competency (Training Calendar – minimum 6 trainings per staff)
- We will ensure that the risks and opportunities are identified for the improvement in all aspects.
- We will ensure that each employee is bound by the rules and regulations of NSF which encompasses integrity, impartiality and confidentiality.
